It took YEARS because I wanted to get this right.
It had to work. I was unwilling to change any of the ingredients of the shake that has helped people improve their metabolism, stabilize their cortisol, and drop belly fat.
Sure, chocolate tastes great but so many versions are too high in caffeine, theobromates, or iodine. We finally got some raw materials that I feel good about sharing with you.
Then we had to make it taste good.
Kirin is our taste manager. I’m too much like a puppy dog, I’ll eat anything and like it. She is much more discerning and after years of adjustments, we got a mix that she loves! A light, soft chocolatey flavor that isn’t too bitter or too sweet.
It’s just right.
Like the original Reset Shake, this one works great with nothing more than cold water. This is so handy for busy days and traveling. All you need is a shaker cup and you’re good to go. I’ll keep a shaker cup with a serving of the shake already added to it. All I need to do when I’m out and about is add water.
If I’m traveling, I’ll put 2 scoops (1 serving) in a snack-sized sandwich bag and pack several of these inside the shaker cup. You can even put this in your carry on luggage. I usually set it out so that they don’t need to open the bags if it looks unusual on the X-ray.
If you want more variety – here are some awesome recipes you can make up at home.
Enjoy!
To your best health,
Dr. C
