We know the key role of iodine in your thyroid health and recovery. Beyond that, though, I often recommend nutraceuticals for a handful of important reasons.
The first reason is that the wrong nutraceuticals or combinations of micronutrients can keep you from improving.

You need to know what is helpful and what is not – so you aren’t taking things that unintentionally hold you back. Because when you’re taking the right things, it can help enhance your potential to get better sooner.
