Podcasts About Health

As a qualified doctor, I use these podcasts about health to reach as many people as possible to help improve their health. Although women are a focus, these are not women’s health podcasts only. My aim is to inform and educate all people about their health, with a focus on thyroid health.

My better health podcasts are structured to give as much useful information about your health as possible, using language and explanations that we can all understand.

Each podcast about health covers a specific topic that affects so many of us on a daily basis. These podcasts will cover:

I’m a board-certified naturopathic endocrinologist, and every day I see patients who suffer from the various symptoms that can result from issues with the thyroid. These include hormonal anomalies, metabolism, difficulty in losing weight, depression, anxiety, and many other symptoms that can be treated.

I believe that patients need to know as much as possible about their condition so they can become more involved in their treatment. Each podcast about health is designed to do just that – empower you to take charge of your own health.
