OK, so with the 12 days of Christianson. I debated about doing something funny (?) and lighthearted. Please know that I take your health seriously, even though I don’t always like to act serious.

Here’s wishing you a great 2017. Do you make new year’s goals? I know some think it’s silly, but I love to. Research has shown that if you write them out, about half of them come true. Once I read that study, I figured I’d just make twice as many goals to game the system.
