Camel’s Milk Soap

camel-milk-soap

It’s Kirin, (Mrs. Dr. Christianson) here. The reason I’m writing this “Favorite Thing” is because Dr. C and I were recently talking about some of our favorite things, ideas for presents for the holidays, and our usual daily conversations about the kids, etc over dinner. When I told him how much I’ve been loving our new camel’s milk soap, he asked if I could write about it for you. So here we go!

You may remember the recent article he wrote about camel’s milk and how it is allergy-free?

Well did you know there is also camel milk SOAP?

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m a mixture between a glamour-girl and a granola-girl. I love feminine dresses and high heels, AND I love natural ingredients and earth-friendly options. Two different ends of the spectrum, true, but there you have it.

I love soaps and lotions. (They are my favorite gifts to give others) But so many brands are too perfumy, or too “natural” smelling for both Dr. C and I to use. And many soaps can dry your skin. So when we were given Camel Milk soap we were so happy to find something that is:

Natural
Unscented – Lightly scented
Moisturizing
Handcrafted

It’s not everyday that you find a product that you and your significant other can agree on – especially when it’s something you both share every day!

There are several brands out there. We use Desert Farms.

I hope my friends and family aren’t reading this because they may be seeing it under the tree for the holidays this year.

Enjoy!

Warmly,

Kirin

*We were given some to try, but are NOT getting a commission from sales. We are suggesting it because we genuinely like it.
